This page explains general portal use, privacy expectations, support access, and external workflow notices.

Portal Purpose

This portal is provided for community communication, resident resources, approved notices, forms, dues guidance, voting links, committee updates, and resident support requests.

The portal does not replace official community governing documents, board decisions, legally required notices, or direct communication from the HOA when those are required.

Privacy Notice

Residents should only submit information that is necessary for community communication and portal-related requests. Do not submit highly sensitive personal, financial, medical, legal, or emergency information unless the community management provides a specific approved secure workflow.

Portal data may include access requests, profile updates, enquiries, dues account guidance, notices, help resources, and committee items.

Maintainer Access

This portal may be supported by an authorized app developer or technical maintainer. The maintainer may have limited administrative access for setup, troubleshooting, user access support, updates, security review, and ongoing maintenance.

Maintainer access should be used only for approved support purposes and not for unrelated review, sharing, or disclosure of resident or HOA information.

Payment & Voting Workflows

Dues information in this portal is for account guidance and communication. Actual payment proof, receipts, and sensitive payment information may be handled through approved external workflows such as Google Forms, Google Drive, bank portals, or other community-approved secure methods.

Voting items may link to official voting forms. Actual voting submissions should be completed only through the official voting form or process approved by the HOA.

Resident Responsibility

Residents are responsible for keeping their contact information current, using the correct official forms, reviewing community notices, and contacting the HOA directly when clarification is needed.

By using the portal, users agree to use it respectfully, avoid uploading inappropriate or unrelated content, and follow community communication procedures.
